What is a standing power of attorney?
You authorise us once, digitally. After that you can register as often as you like without signing new documents for each vehicle. Read more: FAQ →
How long does a digital registration take?
In the i-Kfz procedure the authority checks the application automatically and decides directly. The temporary registration proof is then available immediately and valid for 10 days. In practice, the keeper's signature on the power of attorney determines when the case starts. Read more: Features →
Can I track the status of a case?
Yes. Every case shows its current status in the dealer portal; in case of rejection the authority's reasoning appears directly on the case. Read more: Features →
Do we have to send in original papers or number plates?
No. The security codes are entered in the portal and documents are uploaded as a photo or scan. The originals stay at the dealership; the registration authority sends new papers and stickers by post. Read more: Features →
Do I get an invoice showing VAT?
Yes. Zevra issues a monthly consolidated invoice showing VAT – as PDF and as an e-invoice under EN 16931 (XRechnung). All prices are net prices. Read more: Features →
What happens if a vehicle cannot be registered digitally?
Then the local registration authority remains the route – for example with papers without a security code (part I before 1 January 2015, part II before 1 January 2018) or without a valid roadworthiness test. The portal checks the entries before filing. Read more: Features →
Since when can companies register online?

How long is the temporary registration proof valid?

Can I deregister a vehicle with papers from 2014 digitally?

Do I need 500 registrations a year as a dealership?

Since when has i-Kfz stage 4 applied?

What does a registration service do?

Is online registration cheaper than going to the authority?

Can a dealer register customers from another federal state online?

Do I need the CoC to register a new car online?

What does CoC mean?

What applies to vehicles without EU type approval?

Where must the temporary registration proof be placed?
Does the duty to display it apply to motorcycles?

Can I register a car without a SEPA mandate?

From which tax arrears is registration refused?

May the vehicle tax be collected from a third party's account?

Does the dealership learn of the customer's tax arrears?

What does a green number plate mean?

Does a trailer get a green plate?

How long is an electric car tax-free?

Does the tax exemption pass to the buyer?

Is the E plate mandatory?

Does an EU import need a new general inspection?

Is Feinstaubplakette the same as Umweltplakette?

Does the H plate work online?

Does every plug-in hybrid get an E plate?
