What must the customer bring?
- eVB number from their motor insurance, issued to the future keeper
- IBAN for the SEPA mandate for vehicle tax
- ID details for the power of attorney
- personalised plate or reservation, if wanted
- for companies: proof of authority to represent, such as a commercial register extract
What is checked before the application?
- uncover the security code only when the case really starts
- read characters exactly: lowercase l and capital I, O and 0
- the eVB number is in the future keeper's name
- the general inspection is valid
- retrieve and print the temporary proof within 30 minutes
