With 1 consolidated invoice a month instead of single receipts per case. The invoice comes as PDF and as e-invoice under EN 16931 (XRechnung) and can be read into accounting by machine.
Billing is per case: from €10 net per registration and from €2 per deregistration, with a €0 base fee. Official fees are added 1:1 without a surcharge and are collected in advance.
What is on the invoice?
Every case separately
New registration, transfer, re-registration, one-day registration and deregistration appear as single items with their price.
Cost centre per case
Every case is assigned to a business and a cost centre and shown separately in the consolidated invoice.
Net plus VAT
All prices are net prices plus statutory VAT; the pair of plates costs €4,50 plus shipping.
Official fees separate
The registration authority's fees are passed on 1:1 without a surcharge and collected in advance.
