Registration service for the workshop without a trip to the authority
Vehicle registration for workshops becomes extra business: Zevra handles registration, transfer and deregistration for your customers and your courtesy cars digitally – in one dealer portal, while the vehicle is at your premises anyway.
What car workshops gain with Zevra
Registration as an extra service
The customer drops the vehicle off for the general inspection and collects it registered – without an appointment at the registration office.
Deregister old vehicles
According to the Federal Ministry of Transport the security codes are enough for deregistration – nobody has to identify themselves.
Power of attorney without online ID
The customer grants the power of attorney by qualified electronic signature – on a smartphone, without a card reader.
Mobile again immediately
The temporary registration proof is printed and valid for 10 days; papers and stickers arrive by post.
How a customer vehicle runs through Zevra
From the workshop order to handover – in 3 steps.
Obtain the power of attorney
The customer signs digitally; the workshop's standing power of attorney is filed once in the portal.
Enter the vehicle
VIN, security codes, eVB number and SEPA mandate.
Hand over
Print the temporary proof, fit the plates, hand over the vehicle.
What workshops should know
A valid general inspection is mandatory
For transfer and re-registration in the digital procedure the general inspection must be valid – cars first after 36, then every 24 months.
Receive the registration certificate digitally
According to the Federal Ministry of Transport keepers can share the digital certificate from the i-Kfz app with third parties, for example a workshop.
