A registration service, built from the motor trade
Zevra is run by a vehicle dealer from Dorsten who knows the problem first-hand: appointment at the registration office, trip to another district, customer waiting for the car. Here is who is behind Zevra, how we file and what we do not promise you.
Why should a dealership entrust its registrations to a young provider?
Because at Zevra you do not talk to a call centre but to the owner – and because every case runs through the official i-Kfz procedure of the registration authorities, not through a private workaround.
The registration itself is always granted by the competent authority. Zevra prepares the application, obtains the power of attorney with a qualified electronic signature and files it via the large-customer interface of the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt. Competence stays where the law puts it.
Who is behind Zevra
Mohamed Gabal e.K.
Registered sole trader, Gelsenkirchen Local Court HRA 6314, VAT ID DE362175075. Owner and contact: Mohamed Gabal.
Im Werth 11, 46282 Dorsten
Based in North Rhine-Westphalia – the service works nationwide because the i-Kfz procedure applies nationwide.
From the motor trade
The owner trades in vehicles himself. Zevra grew out of his own need, not out of an agency idea.
Cooperation for the KBA connection
The connection to the large-customer interface is provided in cooperation with Sunstone UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bielefeld – as stated in the legal notice.
How Zevra files an application
Three parties, one chain – and a trace at every step.
You enter
Vehicle, keeper, eVB, security codes and SEPA mandate in the dealer portal – in German, English, Arabic or Turkish.
The keeper signs
Power of attorney and SEPA mandate in one step with a qualified electronic signature (QES) via Verimi – without an online ID card.
Zevra files
Via the large-customer interface of the KBA to the competent registration authority; the status appears in the portal.
The authority decides
Temporary registration proof to print, valid for 10 days; plates and papers follow.
What we promise – and what we don't
Prices are public
Registration €10, deregistration €2, €0 base fee. No price list on request.
Answers in your language
Portal and support in German, English, Arabic and Turkish – from people who know the motor trade.
What we are not
Not a registration office, not a courier service, not a round-the-clock call centre. Zevra has been in operation since 2026 and grows with its first dealers.
What alternatives do you have?
- Going to the registration office yourself: costs no service provider, but appointment, trip and waiting time – and only works in your own district without extra effort.
- Your own registration with the KBA: the large-customer interface is meant for applicants with regularly more than 500 applications per year and their own IT connection.
- A classic registration service with drivers: nationwide via partner networks, prices usually on request, paper power of attorney per vehicle.
- Zevra: digital, nationwide, power of attorney once by QES, public prices – with the limits of a young provider.
