The customer buys a car, not an appointment at the authority. What the dealership takes off their hands can be put into three promises – each with an official basis.
Zevra is the B2B platform for digital vehicle registration for car dealers, registration services and fleets: cases are entered in the dealer portal and filed nationwide by power of attorney with qualified electronic signature – from €10 per registration, no base fee, no minimum volume.

What can the salesperson promise the customer?
| Promise | Basis |
|---|---|
| “You drive off today.” | Immediate entry into service: taking part in road traffic right after the registration notice, temporary proof valid 10 days |
| “You don't have to go to the registration office.” | The application is filed online and decided automatically |
| “Your documents come by post.” | The authority posts the documents within six days of the application |
| “You don't need an online ID.” | With Zevra the customer grants the power of attorney with a qualified electronic signature |
The precondition is that the vehicle documents carry the security code and the customer's details are correct. The decision is made by the registration authority.
What does the salesperson need from the customer?
- eVB number of the motor insurance
- IBAN for the SEPA mandate for vehicle tax
- ID details for the power of attorney
- Personalised plate, if desired
Where are the limits of the promise?
- Documents before 01.01.2018 (registration) or 01.01.2015 (deregistration): no digital case.
- Tax or fee arrears of the keeper are checked automatically in the procedure.
- After 10 days the stickers must be attached and the registration certificate part I carried.
- If the authority rejects, the application stays on site.
What does the service cost the business?
With Zevra the dealership pays €10 per registration, net plus official fees – with no base fee and no minimum volume. Whether the business prices the service in or charges it separately is its own decision.
